" 白虎堂"一语来自《水浒全传》第七回："花和尚倒拔垂杨树，豹子头误入白虎堂"。那书里说的"白虎堂"，是身为大宋皇朝高俅高太尉的白虎堂。宋朝太尉相当于今日的国防部长，白虎堂近似现在中央军委的所在地，那是闯不得的，轻则监禁，重则杀头，故林冲撤去"八十万禁军教头"之职，发配边城沧州充军。而成都这座"白虎堂"是座假白虎堂，一无军事机密，二非军旅重镇，仅是官家的后花园，又矗立在"万里桥西一草堂"的风景区，竟然不准游人照相，不准车辆通行，豪奴一个电话便可调来警力，对不顺眼的人进行所谓的"调查"。
大概由于我书生意气太重，对此种违法违纪的权贵劣行深为愤慨，自10月31日因和朋友羡景拍照遭警察无理"调查"后，数次致电成都市警方和所在地青羊公安局要个公平公合理说法：

豪奴在召唤警察
一、公共风景又无"禁止照相"的警示牌，为什么不能照相？
二、为什么一个电话就可召来警力，"公器"何以"私用"？
屈指，时间过去了整整一个月，警方至今无明确回答。在我数度电话催问下，成都市青羊公安分局督察中心一位姜姓警官，才含糊其词地回说："这里是省市首长驻地，是机关事务管理局的通知"。再问到底是哪一级首长，哪个机关事务管理局？电话里只有忙音。
也许是记者职业关系，我不得不把此事弄个明白。位于成都草堂浣河滨路一带的豪宅始建于2004年，它不仅落英缤纷，清溪环绕，绿树掩映，据有上风上水的极佳的地理位置，且距闹市仅咫尺之地，可与北京中南海媲美。四年前在修建时，全选用上等好材好料，房子又高又大又宽，每幢别墅不少于三百平方米，造价极为高昂。一时引起广大群众极为不满，不少人向中央反映，闹得沸沸扬扬，中纪委曾派人前来调查。迫于压力，权贵们不敢贸然入住，一直闲置未用，故被大家称为"腐败房"。这是成都人尽皆知的事。想不到今年四川遭遇特大地震之际，死伤数十万百姓之时，省市一些权贵们不顾及人民死活竟然偷偷摸摸地搬了进去。据知情的新闻界朋友透露：这里一平米房价在两万以上（实际高达三万），每幢房总价值在600万以上，而房主只需交纳18万人民币则可据为私有，公家还要付给 25万的装修费，就是说这些权贵们白白窃夺了六、七百万元的国家公产，自此这里也就变成了高太尉的"白虎堂"。
笔者以为，不论入住合法与不合法，但不公不义。不公，价格不公，分配不公，占有不公；不义，正值全省大灾之年，数百万难民还未尽善尽美地得到安置，有的还处于风雨之中，而身为退休与在位的高官们，却如此穷奢放肆，巧取豪夺，视民如草芥，谁能平，谁又能平？我们大声疾呼：还回豪宅，以平民怨！公开竞卖，赈灾济民！
